I now own a vehicle, I'm renting my own house and have a job that I treasure, ...the Care Team gave me the motivation, the resources and the ego to do what I needed to do.

I Didn’t Give Up

I probably would have given up if it hadn't been for the care team. The care team leader has been connecting, on my behalf, with the school and Ely Community Resources...I get to spend more time with my kids.
